What is Artificial Intelligence?

Technology is already more advanced than humans in some areas. But how can businesses benefit from this? One term you frequently hear in this context is artificial intelligence (AI).

Artificial intelligence is the broader term for applications that see machines perform human-like tasks, such as learning, reasoning, and problem solving.
